Since Juneteenth of 2018, we have been providing women's personal and professional development services, and consulting and training at the intersection of race, gender, and class. In 2022, we expanded to include innovative intervention services in Black maternal health and Black behavioral health.

Experience

We are a Black woman led small business focusing on inspiring women and igniting change in K-20 educational agencies and institutions, CBO’s, and public health related institutions. Our innovative intervention services include community participatory action research needs assessment, advancing Black maternal self-care & wellness series, and trauma informed care trainings.

Education

Rev. Dr. Karen Crozier is the founder and president of Jewel of Justice, a for-profit organization. She received her B.A. in Psychology from UCLA in 1991, and her M.A. in Education (Early Childhood) from California State University, Fresno in 1996 along with her multiple-subjects teacher’s credential and cross-cultural language academic development credential in 1994 and 1999, respectively. In 2005, she received her M.A. in religious education and her Ph.D. in theology and personality, or practical theology, in 2006 both from Claremont School of Theology. She has over 140 hours training conflict resolution and transformation.
