My name is Tashe Smith I have been a Personal Trainer & Figure Skating Coach for the past 25+ years. I teach people to move. For aesthetics, pain relief, strength, weight-loss, injury prevention, & most of all confidence. Training is a process that must be consistent & trusted. Seeing the vision for the transformation of each of my clients is crucial to their success & that vision is that is what motivates me to do what I do everyday. My training philosophy is simple, in that everything I do, I believe in challenging your body to reach new heights. By building foundation, a basis of stability, strength, dynamic & powerful movement.
