About Jazs Lovelace

Since high school in Cleveland, OH, I have been deeply committed to community advocacy, driven by a passion for uplifting and empowering others. Over the years, I’ve served in a variety of impactful roles—including as a Community Health Worker (CHW), Doula, and Life Coach—supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most critical moments. In 2020, I opened my own Wellness Center, expanding my ability to offer holistic support and healing. In 2024, I transitioned my services to a fully remote model, allowing me to serve clients across the entire state of California with accessible, compassionate care. My work remains rooted in community, healing, and empowerment.

Experience

My journey as a community advocate began in high school in Cleveland, Ohio, where I found purpose in organizing, volunteering, and standing alongside those whose voices often go unheard. That early passion grew into a lifelong commitment to service and healing. Over the past decade, I’ve worked extensively as a Community Health Worker (CHW), helping individuals navigate complex health and social systems, connecting them to essential resources, and advocating for culturally competent care. My work has often centered on underserved populations, especially women and families facing barriers to wellness, housing, and mental health support. As a Doula, I have had the honor of supporting birthing people through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery—always ensuring they feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their journey. My work in birthwork is deeply holistic, grounded in trauma-informed care and rooted in the belief that every person deserves a safe and affirming experience. In my role as a Life Coach, I’ve supported individuals in setting goals, building self-confidence, and healing from past traumas. My coaching blends practical strategies with emotional support, drawing on both lived experience and professional training. In 2020, I founded my own Wellness Center, a space dedicated to holistic health, empowerment, and community connection. What started as a local hub for wellness services has since evolved. In 2024, I transitioned to a fully remote model, now serving clients throughout the entire state of California. This shift has allowed me to expand access, reach more people in need, and continue providing personalized care that adapts to modern lives. Even now as I pursue my Doctorates in Holistic Medicine, my work remains rooted in advocacy, healing, and love for the communities I serve.
