Dr. Crystal is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor and Certified Trauma Services Specialist with over 30 years of counseling experience. With both a strong clinical and faith-based educational background, she believes in taking a Mind, Body, Spirit approach to counseling. She has worked in numerous settings, fortune 500 company, Church ministries and other secular arenas. She specializes in: Suicide Prevention, Trauma, Physical/Sexual Abuse, Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, Domestic Violence, and PTSD. Crystal works to help people effectively deal with a life-altering crisis and heal from traumatic experiences. With a strong focus is on establishing self-love, self-care practices.
